Western arguments about how to counter President Vladimir Putin's support for east Ukraine separatists are leading to clashes over the question of how deeply involved Russia's military is in the conflict.
The latest salvo between Nato allies came in a German government briefing to Spiegel magazine that accuses the alliance's supreme commander (American Gen Philip Breedlove) of disseminating "dangerous propaganda" on the extent of Russian military involvement, trying to undermine a diplomatic solution to the war.

WNU Editor: Are U.S. officials like Viktoria Nuland and U.S. General Breedlove correct in their analysis .... I personally do not know. But I do know that Europeans are starting to question the aggressive stance that US General Breedlove is pushing on Ukraine .... Why does Nuland still have a job?
Hope for the West .... that is a question that I wish I knew the answer to.
One would think from their lack of intervention that the Obama administration would be better diplomats instead... between the joke that Kerry is and this incident that's clearly not the case.
