New York Times: E.U. and Iran Expected to Issue Joint Statement on Nuclear Talks
LAUSANNE, Switzerland — Officials of the European Union and Iran were expected to read a joint statement about progress toward a nuclear agreement around 1 p.m. E.D.T., officials in Lausanne said Thursday, though it was unclear if tangible details would be released.
Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iran’s foreign minister, was expected to hold a news conference shortly afterward, followed by a separate news conference by Secretary of State John Kerry, at which he was expected to disclose more specifics about any potential accord.
While members of the news media were being summoned for the briefings, the talks were still going on behind closed doors.
WNU Editor: As I had expected .... no details outlined .... just a vague "joint statement" about a framework for future talks. But this document/agreement should not be discounted .... it will serve as an important tool for the White House to persuade Congress to not impose additional sanctions on Iran. The only thing that I am wondering about is .... will the details of this agreement be made public. All of these talks have been done in secret .... if the details of this agreement are also kept secret, it will then tell me that the deal is even worse than what the critics have been warning about for the past few weeks/months.

Good. Glad to see the adults are in charge.
Let the traitors in congress, and our maniacal "friends" in Israel bray and howl all they want about paranoid fantasies of mullahs with the bomb. Feel free to go pound sand fellas.
Around mid June Kerry & Obama will scare the bejesus out of us with their desire for a bad deal.
They will reiterate their desire every 2 or 3 days.
On June 29th or 30th the Ayatokllah will say no deal
On June 30th Kerry or Obama will say we "gots" an extension.
Rinse, Repeat, like has several times for the past 12 years.
Of course the media will merrily carry the water to the low information voter.
