Russian Hind-Helicopter Gunships In Action Over Syria (Video)

Daily Mail: Terrifying footage of Russian Hind helicopter gunships firing rockets at 'US-backed Syrian rebels' who claim attacks on them are making ISIS STRONGER

* Footage apparently shows Russians firing on town of Kafr Nabudah, Hama
* Area controlled by Free Syrian Army (FSA) who were trained, armed by US
* One video claims to show the Russian-built Hind gunship being shot down
* Syrian army has announced 'vast offensive' to take back land from rebels
* Activists claim ISIS has actually gained territory since the airstrikes began

Dramatic footage shows Russian helicopters firing rockets on a Syrian town which is believed to be occupied by United States-trained rebel fighters.

Two videos from the town of Kafr Nabudah, Hama, show Hind gunships attacking an area under the control of the Free Syrian Army, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) told MailOnline.

Syria has said Russia's intervention has weakened ISIS but these claims have been rubbished by on-the-ground activists who say the terror group has expanded its territory since the invasion began.

WNU Editor: I have not seen Syrian helicopters or aircraft attack or strafe positions like that for a long time. That is why I am willing to bet that the crews aboard those gunships are Russian.
