Paris Terror Attacks News Updates: 150+ Civilians. Killed. 8 Terrorists Killed. Accomplices At Large. Curfew And State Of Emergency Declared

There was a shootout at a restaurant on the Rue Bichat, two explosions near the Stade de France sports stadium and another shooting at the Paris Bataclan concert hall tonight

Daily Mail: Bloodbath in Paris: 150 killed as jihadist gunmen blow themselves up at concert and Kalashnikov-wielding terrorist opens fire in restaurant. Suicide bombers detonate near Stade de France

* More than 150 people were killed and several wounded in a series of terror attacks in the heart of Paris last night
* Up to 118 were massacred in the Bataclan concert hall where terrorists were holding hundreds of people hostage
* The terrorists shouted 'Allah Akbar' and 'this is for Syria' as they burst in and opened fire, eyewitnesses have said
* Police raided the theatre at around midnight, killed the three extremists inside and freed the remaining hostages
* French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency for whole country and reinstates border checks

More than 150 people have been killed in a series of coordinated terror attacks in the heart of Paris which have paralysed the French capital.

As many as 118 people alone were massacred at a concert in the Bataclan theatre following a hostage situation last night that concluded in a suicide attack while another 11 were shot down at a Cambodian restaurant.

Early reports suggest a further 200 people are being treated for injuries, with 80 of them seriously hurt.

Investigators said at least eight attackers were dead by the end of the violence - the bloodiest in Europe since the Madrid train bombings in 2004 - with seven of them having blown themselves up.

Four of the attackers were killed in the concert hall, three by activating their suicide vests while one was shot by police.

Just five miles away, suicide bombers blew themselves up outside the Stade de France sports stadium where the French football team was playing Germany while another died in a street in eastern Paris. Other gunmen or accomplices could still be at large.

Wonder how the Germans are feeling right about now?? Fear may be starting to paralyze Europe. What will the repercussions be like in some European nations? The next few days/ weeks will be very interesting.

Wondering what this will lead to, France has suffered from 3 terror attacks during a 1 year period. I hope there will be some analysis about this and the consequences for the future. I honestly think the world is headed for chaos if things continue to unravel at this rate. This will definitely have consequences for EU, hope my country makes the right choices, but I doubt it, our politicians are pretty useless especially during times of unrest, like 22 July 2011. Hope this post makes sense, I am just a bit pessimistic at the moment...

Bye Bye Merkel.

She suffers from the same disease that McCain & GWB suffered from in 2007.

Jeb suffers from that disease now.

I can tell you what will change....
.nothing!
Thankyou islam apologists left wing and civil libiterians.

Really Fazman? Nothing will happen. Just keep taking more people in any carry on? I don't think so. Unlike Hebdo attack, these were soft targets. People are getting more scared and much more angry. I feel this will make the Europeans more vigilant. Time will tell but trust of certain groups will greatly diminish no matter how many imams, priests and rabbis try to spin it.

They attacked the 1% as well as the little people. The 1% will be angry and do something.

Big mistake on the jihadis part.

Unfortunately anonymous l feel your rage. But radical islam is to far rooted to be surgically removed.
France was already in max alert after 3 attacks in 3 years dont see what more that they can do, as no nation has the political will to do what needs to be done.
The little man the target of soft attacks can be as outraged as much as they want but the govt sets the tempo not the layman so youll hear the usual bullshit outrage speech from obama etc youll see the candle lit vigalthen l. Afraid its back to the status quo until the enivitable next time.

If the islamists pulls this crap off in Moscow then you will see the playing field change but until then l fear it will be more blah blah from the politicans.

There is a fundamental difference between radical islamists view of life in comparison with Western culture .In the West we have a tremendous value of life we say that everyone's life is precious,we believe in life .radical islam in the other hand believe in dead and murdering and bloodshed .

There is people in the West that lives in the side lines of their political class that will never put up with this crap . and Russia has more than we do.If God forbid something like this happens in Moscow the response will be overwhelming.

fazman said...

I hear you brother!

fazman said...

Yep we agree totally. If this happens in moscow the whole playing field and rules of engagement will change over night.
I understand what you mean that people have had enough but the governments need to develop a backbone and respond accordingly tather than being held hostage by the noisy minority civil libiterians and lawyers.
