WNU Editor,

Wait and see who is to blame.

An AFP report, since deleted, claimed that:

2 were Chechens from the Dudayev Brigaide,
1 Pravy Sector/Azov militant,
3 Caucasian French National converts to Islam who had traveled to Syria, and fought for Ansar Al Islam, a favorite FSA group of the Neo Cons,
And 1 former andronassment organizer for le Pen's National Front.

The DGSE is really good at HUMINT and " getting answers", so in the coming days, we will find out.

Jay , I am willing to spread nonsense on the internet for a good salary. If you could post a link for me to apply, I would appreciate it.

Jay, I was thinking along the ideological/religious reasons/background on who perpetuated this attack. But I agree that we all have to be careful on who to blame .... I blamed Muslim extremists for the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 .... I never thought it would be someone like Timothy McVeigh.

Guys there is no doubt isis took responsibility 12 hours a go.

fazman,

ISIS, Al Quida and other terrorist groups have a long history of taking claim for events they did not do.

Western Intellegence Agencies also have a long history of blaming one terrorist group du jour, for the actions of another terrorist group, for the political value of pressuring Nation States.

Lockerbie bombing, Khobar Towers, the Buenos Aries bombings,......

So, in the short term, until more evidence is found, prudence is the wat to go.
