The internet has no shortage of basement-dwelling commandos beating at their keyboards like chimpanzees as they forcefully insist upon one incorrect factoid or another regarding Special Operations units. All SEALs are considered Tier One, right?

One thing I notice is that the Rangers all seem to be based in Southern or West Coast Climates. they should have permanent unit in Northern Alaska so that they become cold weather adapted and expert in cold weather warfare. It takes living in a harsh environment to be able to fight in that environment, it also takes time for the body to adapt.
