Washington Examiner: Obama admin: Bush released Gitmo detainee who killed Americans
The Guantanamo Bay detainee who U.S. authorities say is responsible for killing Americans was released during President George W. Bush's time in office, according to a senior Obama administration official.
"Less than five percent of detainees released since January 2009 are confirmed of re-engaging in terrorism and, of those, none are assessed to have killed Americans," the official told the Washington Examiner.
The official made the clarification following testimony Wednesday from one of the administration's two envoys for closing the prison. Citing national security concerns, the official requested anonymity and would not provide further details about the detainee or the circumstances surrounding the Americans' deaths.

When Obma releasee go back to the battle field, Barry cries, they did so too under GWB.
Well Barry has 20/20 hindsight with Guantanmo releasees. That is he could learn form GWB's actions and their results.
But Bathhouse as senator was part of the chorus that pressured GWB to start releasing people, then as president he sped up the process.
Bathhouse crows that fewer of 'his' releasees have gone back to combat than GWB's. The counter or sound wisdom is to see if if it is only a matter of lead time.
I saw the lead time argument made by Bishop accountability in regards to priest malfeasance. There run chart showed that priest malfeasance was falling off precipitously. The top of the curve was decades behind us. They pointed out was because their were less acts of transgression or because it takes time for these acts to come to light?
By the time Bathhouse's #s approach or exceed Bush's he will be several years into his "Walking Dead" global community organizing and the MSM will cover for Barry and bury the story.
