Beijing has deployed advanced Dongfeng-41 ICBMs in Heilongjiang Province, which borders Russia, according to reports based on images, possibly leaked to coincide with Donald Trump’s inauguration as US president.
“Pictures of China's Dongfeng-41 ballistic missile were exposed on Chinese mainland websites,” the Global Times said citing reports in “some Hong Kong and Taiwan media.” Russian news agencies identified one of them as the Apple Daily, a Hong Kong-based tabloid-style resource.

Trump is smart.
Instead of a Russian/Chinese VS US alliance. Its now a US/Russia VS China.
War has been headed towards Aisa and only with russia can the US abd its allies stop or disuade China from implementing its will on the status quo in that region.
The Chinese have thier tunnels to hide thier true numbers along various borders, Russia has an imense area full of juicy resources and Russia just may be the easiest target in the the game.
China can't intimidate the US militarily. But Russia is a paper tiger. If faces by a resourced and modern military with numbers, they are in trouble. And China knows it. They are telegraphing to an aggressive and expansionist Russia, that uses force against weak Neighbors to distract the domestic audience from a bleak economic reality, that they should not look south or east.
