The backbone of any Insurgency is the Civilian Population supporting the Insurgency, not the leadership, remove the Civilian Support the Insurgency dies, they should look to how the Brits dealt with the Malayan Emergency 1948-1960, The Mau Mau Uprising 1952-1960,The Indonesia-Malaysia Confrontation 1962-1966, the Brit strategy was to separate the civilians from the Insurgents. Or maybe we could send Xenia the Warrior Princess or Wonder Woman over to kick some ass.
