China Displays its Military Strength Over The Sea Of Japan
CSM: China shows military strength with drill held over Sea of Japan
China flew a fleet of warplanes near Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan on Monday in efforts to demonstrate its growing military presence in the region.
China sent several warplanes on a long-range drill to the Sea of Japan on Monday and also conducted drills around rival Taiwan, a move that prompted South Korea to scramble fighter jets and could raise concerns about Beijing's growing military presence in the region.
Chinese air force spokesman Shen Jinke said the air force dispatched bombers, fighters, and reconnaissance planes through the Tsushima Strait to the Sea of Japan to "test its ocean combat ability."
"This is a regular annual training arrangement of China's air force that accords with the relevant international laws and practices and it isn't aimed at any particular state, region, and target," Mr. Shen said in a statement.
This was the first time the Chinese air force has flown through the strait that lies between South Korea and Japan, Shen said.

China is in a bad spot.
They (the Chinese gov) have caused this North Korean monster machine to go this far that it outright threatens U.S., Japanese, South Korean interests etc.. this idea to use North Korea as buffer state and puppet in response to Obama's pivot to Asia now seems to backfire in the regard that the Chinese are being seen more and more for what they are: 1.5bn bullies who do not care about law or you or I, but who want resources and will not stop when you say no. They will come and take it and have threatened Vietnam, Australia, USA, South Korea, Japan - pretty much EVERYONE but north korea with war! Can you imagine this?? A nation like China who keeps telling everyone what great culture they have.. stealing trillions form Europe and the US, arming North Korea and now threatening us all with war.. Wtf are they thinking over there... if China does not give up its North Korean chip, something they don't want to for obvious reasons (buffer state, do not want US troops close to their door), then China, the US and most of its allies will be at war with one another. China, please stop ffs can't you see when you are wrong? Will you just keep expanding and marching on and claiming old historic rights? Who's next? Taiwan? You already subdued the Hong Kong population.. we get it.. you believe in totalitarianism.. we believe in freedom and free speech... you believe in outright theft and then claiming its yours.. we believe in law... these two systems cannot cooperate side by side, everyone sees what's going to happen.. a massive clash between cultures.. and the Chinese population does not know what is going on.. they sit behind their Chinese firewall... no social media in terms of facebook, only Tencent and Chinese cooperations are allowed... VPNs are even blocked and blacklisted... when freedom of information stops, cultures cannot talk.. when cultures cannot talk, politics ends.
