Islamic State Attack 'Save The Children' Building In Afghanistan. 3 Killed 24 Wounded.



Daily Mail: ISIS claim attack on Save the Children in Afghanistan after suicide bomber and gunmen stormed offices, killing three and injuring 24, four days after Western hotel massacre

* ISIS attackers blew up car suicide bomb near Jalalabad compound around 9am
* Six gunmen fired a grenade at the entrance before storming inside, witness said
* At least three people, a civilian and two guards, are dead and 24 others wounded
* Two gunmen have also been killed and fighting is ongoing, local media reports

Three people have been killed and at least 24 wounded after ISIS gunmen stormed a Save the Children building in Afghanistan on Wednesday morning.

The attackers detonated a car suicide bomb outside the compound in Jalalabad shortly after 9am before six gunmen fired a rocket propelled grenade at the main gates and stormed inside, local media reports.

In the ensuing firefight at least two guards and a civilian were killed. Two of the attackers are also dead, local media reports.
