US Soldier Found Guilty For Sabotaging Three Humvees During A Paradrop

* Skipper was sentenced to a reduction in grade and a bad conduct discharge

An American soldier has been found guilty of deliberately destroying three armored Humvees by cutting the straps attaching them to their parachutes before they were dropped out of a plane during an airborne exercise.

A court martial on Wednesday convicted Sergeant John T. Skipper of three counts of destroying military property and one of lying during the official criminal investigation into the incident in Germany in April 2016.

Motive was catching it on vid for his buddies. I find it extremely odd he got off so lightly. Friends in high places.

Did he get off easy?

He may well be one of these veterans we read about on the streets. Not all are PTSD or some other malady.

Some are there due to BCDs.
