Unfortunately it's difficult to uphold the law when it comes to a suicide attack. All that has done was drive a wedge deeper between the many muslim factions and paint a target on yheir backs. I get it though, a lot of muslims want to show that they do not condone these attacks but by stepping up publicly they shouldn't be surprised by the outcome. It's a clash of ideals not religion.

All they can do is blame themselves for the making's of suicide bombers wanting to martyr themselves.
