WNU Editor: When there is a communications blackout .... definitely .... that is when the sh*t is about to hit the fan. Years after Desert Storm I met an Iraqi whose job was to listen to Allied communications before the liberation of Kuwait. For weeks he listened to multiple messages and communications .... until one day he heard nothing. As he told me, it was all quiet for a day .... and then an explosion of communications.
