CNN Commentator Calls For The Extermination Of Israel In A U.N. Speech

Washington Examiner: CNN commentator calls for elimination of Israel, endorses violent Palestinian ‘resistance’

CNN commentator Marc Lamont Hill, in a Wednesday speech to the United Nations, called for violent resistance against Israel and advocated expanding Palestine “from the river to the sea,” a phrase used by those who believe that Israel should be eliminated.

Hill, who has a long history of anti-Semitism, made the remarks at a U.N. event commemorating the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. He said the international community should boycott Israel and allow Palestinians more space to engage in violence against the Jewish state, arguing that violence was also employed in the struggles of African Americans.

WNU Editor: He is not the only one at CNN who spew out racial hatred .... According To CNN People Like Me Are The Biggest Terror Threat In The U.S. Today (October 31, 2018).

don't get your panties in a tight knot. He gave the speech at a Palestinian event. He is pro-Arab and that is his belief. He does not speak for CNN but for himself. There are, what, some 23 Arab nations in the UN and they uniformly want Israel removed. Methinks the post is mainly to discredit the station rather than the speaker.

That is all true Anon.

The point of the outrage is that if this person worked anywhere else, or had political leanings in any other direction, they would be removed from the commentator position and universally condemned.

That is the point of the post. Petty maybe, but a valid opinion.

Well, TBH, Israel is the world's last apartheid state and run by extreme right-wing racist war criminals, so... he's got a legitimate take.

Moreover, if any of the chuds and neocons read his statement they were far from advocating violence. He called for furthering The BDS movement and for the Pals to have some control over their ability to conduct commerce.

Lastly, the Washington Examiner has all the integrity of low-grade toilet paper.

WTF does CNN have to with any of this other than triggering CHUDS?

Of course, your so right, look at all this apartheid going on

That guy is a commentator, in the sense that they have people representing a variety of positions rather than Fox, where only one position is represented. He is an academic, a prof at Temple and not a full time employee, as, say Anderson or Blitzer. This site is using his comments to spread hate for CNN. That is plain dumb

I am just the messenger Fred.
The site that is spreading hate is CNN.

I am firm believer in Zionism, but I am also a believer in the discourse from all points of view and therefore I do not object to someone who is merely commenting on CNN but is not a full time employee stating positions that I do not accept nor approve of. That is how democracy works. In China, North Korea etc there is and can be only the accepted poisition. That guy was an ass but then he is hardly alone in his position. That positiion will exist if he is around or not. There are thousands of Palestinian students on campuses here who are very vocal in calling for the destruction of Israel. They do not get on tv so that is ok, right?

Don Lemon is a CNN anchor. If this is not racism, I do not know what is.

Bottom line. There is something wrong with the culture in CNN.

Well, he doesn't impress me. But this guy does; he is the former Kuwaiti information minister. His comments on the Palestinians and Arabs are eye opening and valid, methinks. A transcript can be accessed from MEMRI.org, the clip number is 6693 and the date is July 11, 2018. This is a MMEMRI TV page but I think you access it by simply opening the MEMRI.org website. It is a single page, not a big download.

WNU editor, you either have a wicked sense of humor or a huge blind spot if you don't think Fox spreads hateful nonsense to the all the grampas watching in TV land.

"Say you are a cocaine dealer... and you kind of look like one a LITTLE bit.."

I do not have FOX News in Canada. I do have CNN.
As for their news websites. I use both for this blog.

It doesn't help that today is also the anniversary of Palestines recognition from the UN in 1947. Anti-semites will be rallying today so no real surprises here actually...

CNN ... who watches this sh*tshow still? Think of it.. grand stander Acosta who is like the rudest "journalist", Don Lemon who sees white people as the biggest threat, Donna Brazille, who engaged in actual, proved election meddling... oh god what a network. Only Fred still watches it :D

dear anon
because scorn cnn hardly means that many others do. after all, if you do not watch that station, then you watch msnbc, or fox...and they are hardly fully unbiased. Now if you can write a comment without mentioning me by name I would take you a bit more seriously than I do when you act like a middle school brat..ps..Donna B? this is 2018....there is enough now for you to note....why not note the Dems in 1914?
