China Flaunts Its New Deadly Drone Bomber

Wing Loong I-D reportedly flew for 30 minutes before landing smoothly during the first flight

Daily Mail: China flaunts its new deadly drone bomber which can fly 35 hours without refuelling and spy on enemies from 23,000ft

* Wing Loong I-D completed its maiden flight in western China yesterday
* It's armed with BA-7 laser-guided missiles, a powerful anti-tank weapon
* The plane has a wing span of 45.9ft and can carry an external load of 881 lbs

China has shown off its latest drone bomber as it releases footage of the unmanned aircraft completing its first flight.

Wing Loong I-D, a type of combat and spy drone, can carry more than 10 different types of weapons and fly up to 35 hours without refuelling.

It is also able to scout information from as high as 7,000 metres (22,965 feet), according to Chinese news site Sina Military.
