Is This Chinese Military Utility Vehicle The Best In The World?

SCMP: Is the Chinese military’s off-road sport utility vehicle the toughest on the planet?

* PLA’s boxy BJ80 SUV had seven times higher reliability test scores than the Mercedes-Benz that reportedly inspired the Chinese vehicle
* Vehicle’s test results are ‘almost a miracle’, researcher says

The People’s Liberation Army rates its Chinese military BJ80 SUV the “most reliable off-road vehicle in the world” after the boxy four-wheel drive model achieved test scores that were seven times higher than those of the Mercedes-Benz SUV on which it was reportedly modelled, according to an official document seen by the South China Morning Post.

My guess is they just faked the test or bribed the testers. What's gonna happen worst case? If they get caught so what? China cannot be sued. Well they can be sued but it's pointless. There's the rest of the world and then there's China. Chinese people can to whatever they please, there's no consequences from an international court. As long as you stick to the party line it doesn't matter what you do. Murder. Fraud. Spying. Torture. No one cares

A safe assumption is that everything made in China is designed to track, monitor, record and spy. Then relay those data back to that fascist state for anything they can steal, use or copy.

No thanks.
