Haiti is like most countries. There is the wonderful elite area, the not so wonderful upper class, some various levels of middle class and the poor, which in some countries is by far, the major portion of the population. It isn't hard to find the shit hole section in just about every country, some more easily than others of course.
Bobby always had problems with orders of magnitude, fractions, decimals, etc.
