Washington Post: White House proposed releasing immigrant detainees in sanctuary cities, targeting political foes
White House officials have tried to pressure U.S. immigration authorities to release detainees onto the streets of “sanctuary cities” to retaliate against President Trump’s political adversaries, according to Department of Homeland Security officials and email messages reviewed by The Washington Post.
Trump administration officials have proposed transporting detained immigrants to sanctuary cities at least twice in the past six months — once in November, as a migrant caravan approached the U.S. southern border, and again in February, amid a standoff with Democrats over funding for Trump’s border wall.

WNU Editor: I am skeptical of this report. There has been no mass release of detainees onto the streets of "sanctuary cities", and the sources that the Washington Post are using are anonymous. But even if it is true, so what. These people have to go somewhere, so why not to the towns and cities that are declaring themselves as sanctuary cities, and are willing to welcome these migrants. I live in Canada and in this country refugees/migrants/etc. are transported all the time to communities throughout the country, especially to those who want them. Or is this another case where progressives are pushing for a cause, but they do not want to have it happen in their backyard, even to the point of labelling illegal migrants as punishment .... Even a large city can have too many, overflow and have sever problems.
They are creating this problem and they are the prime movers, let them reap the whirlwind!
LA would be a goo place to release 100,000 in less than a year. They all ready have typhus epidemics. Let's innocently make this worse.
People who do not purposefully or otherwise rub shoulders with the homeless (who does?) are ending up sick in city hall due to municipal and state Democrat policies. They did it to themselves.

So Cities run by Democrats are sanctuary cities. Make them live by it.
Many Democrats, TWD, and mouth breathers want open borders. Make them live by it. Break their fucking asses with Rule #4.
This goes beyond Right or Left. People have been against it when the WSJ suggested the free flow of labor 20 or 30 years ago. They agree with the editorial board on most everything else, but not that.
This is not about race. My spouse for example has plenty of pigment. This is about maintaining a safe environment (crime) and a good standard of living. For Democrats this is about political power hour after hour.
