Task & Purpose: US and Japan do not think that China will find the wreckage of a missing Japanese F-35

Top U.S. and Japanese defense officials are downplaying the possibility that the Chinese military could recover the wreckage of a Japanese F-35A that crashed on April 9 in the Pacific Ocean.

The Joint Strike Fighter disappeared from radar about 85 miles east of Honshu, Japan's main island. Although ships and aircraft have spotted some debris in the area where the plane is believed to have crashed, both the wreckage and pilot remain missing.

Japan is a good ally of the US - what a leader Abe is! Kudos to him for strengthening the alliance in this critical time. If only other heads of states would be efficient leaders like him (Merkel for example.. she severely damaged Germany with her immigration policy, weakened NATO commitments and on top strengthened Russia tremendously by buying oil from them.. then she goes on to lecture Trump. What a fool she is.. same can be said about Macron, and about Trudeau - embarrassments all around - and the voters punish them!) Policiticans really need to take notice - we are in a critical time and voters do not want open borders, voters do not want weak military while China is bullying everyone and Russia is on a weird doomsday device spending spree).. Trump has been a blessing. I was against him at first, but man he will get my vote next time around. What a joke the Democrats are at the moment

I have to agree with you about the Democrats being a joke. The point is that, as a group, they have moved so far to the right that they actually passed over the line and are mini republicans. You can see that in the number of times they failed to nail their big brothers when a true democratic party would have not held back. They talk the democratic talk but when it comes to a vote there are always enough of them to vote along with their Republican buddies. A blind man could see that during the Obama years and it hasn't changed one bit since. They are republican facilitators.
