FOX News: US attorney recommends proceeding with charges against McCabe, as DOJ rejects last-ditch appeal
U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe, Fox News has learned, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official.
McCabe -- the former deputy and acting director of the FBI -- appealed the decision of the U.S. attorney for Washington all the way up to Jeffrey Rosen, the deputy attorney general, but he rejected that request, according to a person familiar with the situation.
The potential charges relate to DOJ inspector general findings against him regarding misleading statements concerning a Hillary Clinton-related investigation.

Free Andrew McCabe!
I will wait for the legal system to work its way through this...listening to low IQ morons here is valueless...
I would recommend following Rachel Maddow, she always gets it right!
McCabe perpetrated fraud on a US Court - the FISA court, Which is a felony. Actually about three felonies.
And this wasn't just some agent squirreling around with evidence and witnesses. This McCabe was the Asst. Dir. of the FBI. Comey was the boss and instigator. Comey even VERBALIZED his intent and action of "sending in a couple guys" to frame ad lie to the new Trump admin.
This thing is ridiculous. McCabe WILL be indicted. Comey WILL be indicted. And we'll all sit back and watch the sanctimonious pair squirm and obfuscate. Not in a bullshit useless House hearing, but in a Federal Court.
