The Hill: Tlaib says Democrats have discussed detaining White House officials who don't testify
Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) revealed in a new interview that House Democrats have discussed jailing allies of the president who do not comply with congressional subpoenas, an escalation of the House's efforts to force White House compliance with an impeachment inquiry.
Tlaib told Deadline Detroit that such an action, known as inherent contempt, would be "uncharted territory" for Congress but added that "serious discussions" about taking the step have occurred within the Democratic caucus.
“There have been actual serious conversations about what the logistics would look like... if we did have to force someone through a court order to come before the Congressional committee," she said. "This is pretty uncharted territory for many of us and even for Congress.”

A slight indication of a return to law and order?
In their heart of hearts Democrats want to impeach Trump, turn around impeach Pence and then put Nancy Pelosi in the White House.
Miss Nancy has not released her ta returns and she is 3rd in line. It is not idle talk as the Democrats consider impeaching Trump likely. They then figure they can get Pence based on previous smears in the press over the past 3 years and MOMO. So, it could happen rather quickly in their opinion and is rather likely.
So if it would happen sooner rather than later, why not release her tax returns. Some trolls, Dim SPOX and others will argue that they should not until Miss Nancy is actually president. We all know once she is they will drag their feet or refuse making a hash of their Trump tax return argument. At that point they will not care as they will have won. They will also hope the electorate will forget by the next election, can be propagandized, or silenced.
Until about 2 weeks ago I thought Rep. Schitt was another Captains Nads, who was over his head, but nonetheless making waves. Schitt has been putting in his work like a real gangster sending people to Ukraine, talking to Brennan's people and other work for his criminal syndicate. There is so much crime here that the US might owe Russia an apology for calling the oligarchs corrupt.
IMO if they put Miss Nancy in the White House there will be some blood in the streets by ANTIFA or their opponents. Not calling it, I am just predicting 2 what Ifs.
The Democrats excuse is that they have to be illegal GPS Fusion, dossier, Schiff going to Ukraine and everything else to catch Trump. How do we know that they are not more corrupt, if they do not show all their cards? You know they won't especially if they win. Democrats and the Swamp is where corruption investigations and the Truth go to die.
