CNBC: Judge says Justice Department must give House evidence from Mueller grand jury, citing ‘potentially impeachable conduct’ by Trump

* A federal judge on Friday said that the U.S. Justice Deparment must turn over to the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee normally secret grand jury material collected as part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.
* Judge Beryl Howell repeatedly noted that the House is conducting an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, which could be assisted with the material assembled by Mueller’s probe.
* The judge dismissed arguments by Trump supporters in and outside of Congress that the House’s impeachment inquiry is illegitimate because the House has not held a formal vote to authorize such a probe.

A federal judge Friday said the Justice Department must give the House Judiciary Committee normally secret grand jury material collected as part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Judge Beryl Howell, in her ruling, repeatedly noted that the House is conducting an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, which could be assisted with the material assembled by Mueller’s probe.

She gave the Justice Department until next Wednesday to send the material sought to the Judiciary Committee, which is for information collected by the grand jury which is referenced in or underlying the Mueller Report.

Federal Deficit Hit $984 Billion Last Year—a Nearly 50 Percent Increase Since Trump Took Office
In three years in office, Trump has added more to the national debt than President George W. Bush did in his entire two terms.

Susan Collins I think has been called a weak kneed bewildered wildebeest.

In nature the weak, young, sick, and the old are singled out.

Susan Collins has been called weak since the mid 1990s. Susan Collins And Olympia Snow were the perennially wobbly. That Collins name pops up in this regard is is nothing new.

If you are on the savanna and are weak kneed ... well the leopards cheetahs, lions or hyenas are going to get you.

If you are bewildered, well it is not too hard for a lion (or a donkey) to sneak up on bewildered animal like a wildebeest or zebra.

Wilderbeest is not too hard too figure out. Herd animals get preyed upon.

The cadence of bewildered and wildebeest just goes together too well to be ignored.

More recently Collins and others have been called.

"weak-kneed, wobbly kneed, linguini-spined Republicans"

Murkowski is another bad Republican. Her daddy was governor or senator and she expects high political office to be her due. She is often at odds with conservatives. She is more of a establishment player than anything good.

Romney? Pierre Delecto is finished. He shot himself in the foot. He is basically a good guy that became bitter. Instead of going after the people that did him wrong like Candy Crowley, he goes after his brethren.

These Republicans mean nothing to the base. The base won't be fooled again with regards to Romney. Romney was a good guy, but in the final analysis he did not have enough fighter instinct to take on a corrupt press and a corrupt system.

So Fast Freddy should be happy, if we withdraw from Syria. It would lower costs.

The expeditionary in expeditionary warfare costs money.

Expeditionary is from the same root word as expedite. Expediting costs money, a lot of money.

Make up your mind Fast-Freddie-2-Shoes.

One more thing. Fredster does not understand federal budgeting or the cost drivers.

I heard about the phone call.

The double A hosts covered it. To me it looks like a set up to get Dims barking up a tree.

Universal Healthcare is great. Doctors would give nonagenarians a pill and tell their family to call the funeral home in the morning.

It is what Obama told Jane Sturm.
