Saving emoluments for a backup.

The emoluments gotcha for the Trump property in Scotland was a bust. But Huntley will still go there, which is not surprising. No one would be surprised to Huntley pushing on a door marked pull.

Military and government civilian personnel are told what the cap is for reimbursement a given locale. If say the cap is $100 and the lodging costs $120, if you stay there you pay the difference of $20.

Employees have some freedom to choose their lodging. Myself, I have payed $5 out of pocket to to stay at Hampton Inn instead of Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn.

A person might stay at one hotel chain instead of another to build points in a reward system. Or they might stay at a hotel due to scenery.,

Whatever their reason, employees have a choice and they know they cannot go over the cap without paying out of pocket or getting fired.

The incomparably stupid Mr. Huntley could look up lodging rates for Turnberry Scotland.

Then he can subpoena the air crew who stayed at Trump Resort and demand to know why they exercise their free will to stay at one hotel instead of another. Maybe Mr. Huntley can even use klieg lights and bamboo shoots.

This is CONUS rates, but with a little research maybe the troll Huntley can find OCONUS rates. No one hold their breath though,. Huntley is pretty stupid.

This is from a Congress which is abusing its authority by making nearly impossible for the president to conduct foreign policy of the United States, particularly with regard to Russia and China. These fools have forgotten that we're not a parliamentary system like in Britain and as a result they're marching us into World War III with this impeachment circus.
