If no witnesses and no documents allowed then trump will have a cloud over his name forever
He can be fully exonerated only with witnesses and documents to prove him guiltless
There is no reason or excuse to disallow witness unless something to hide
Tide American public is not stupid

Anon, nope. It’s not up to the defense to prove innocence. It’s up to the prosecution to prove guilt. And that’s going to be tough, given the fact that the Dems have brought no crimes against Trump in the first place.

No witnesses, no documents, no nothing pushed out by the Dems should be allowed. They had their shot in house hearings and they blew it. They had no case then and have no case now. Dems will trot out all the carefully timed “bombshells” and then demand the senate trail go precisely their way or it’s a “coverup!”

You’re right. The American public is not stupid at all. And we see right through the Democrat’s pathetic tactics.

Find a new argument.

Honestly WNU Editor - If I want Impeachment BS, I'll visit other sites. Please focus on your "War News..." as your name implies.

This Impeachment BS, is just that BS, BS, BS. I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.

Anon
If attn gen and pres control what is needed to prove charges then trial is rigged and the blight will remain in history
It is rigged unless fair and real trial and the stain will remain no matter the outcome

Your attempt to edit what gets posted is horse manure

It is you! No matter how clever you think you are.....

Anon,

We already went through the discovery process. That is a step in the prosecution.

https://law.lclark.edu/live/news/5498-what-are-some-common-steps-of-a-criminal

https://judiciallearningcenter.org/your-day-in-court/

You want to go back to the discovery process?

The House of Representatives had the opportunity to call Lev Parnas. He is not part of the administration and therefore there is not protected by executive privilege (You dumb shit!). The Demoshit Party could have called Lev Parnas In August, September, October, November, and December. They did not. Why?

Because they know that he won't make their case. So they would rather impugn rather than prove (like you).

I just saw this now. I am replying to the addled, never bright when young, Parrot.

You know you could take some law classes on-line. it would novel, different and interesting. It would be something different than meeting your daily quota of finding a dozen nudie pics on the internet.

Funny how some idiot on the internet believes Schiff, who is connected to the most anti-Semitic Jew in history (Soros).

Mike Feldhake,

War is politics by other means.

One might consider the contrapositive and people have even in Hollywood.

Politics is war by other means.

Washington DC is a fucking warzone as is every world capital.

The Hollywood quote is in season 1 episode 3 by the character Waldo in the epdisode named "White Stork Spreads Wings"

"We see, therefore, that war is not merely an act of policy but a true political instrument, a continuation of political intercourse carried on with other means. What remains peculiar to war is simply the peculiar nature of its means." - Clausewitz

Criminal actions may or may not result following the impeachment "trial" but the impeachment process is only about removing him from the job, not prosecuting him for crimes. In that respect he has accomplished very little during his tenure and has demonstrated that he is very inappropriate for the job and somewhat criminal in nature.

Ultimately the only result to come out of this process may be to convince enough people to vote against him in sufficient numbers and covering those particular states that are given priority over the rest of the county to give him the heave ho.

And they like to call that process democracy, LOL.

And once again Bob displays his red ass like a baboon.

Trump has done quite a bit that is good. Low unemployment, stronger military, Good GDP growth. 3% tax cuts across the board & increased tax revenue for the government.

Meanwhile Bob acts like a Baboon in heat and flashes red.
