Water and electricity shortages
So Nastrallah (Nostrils) wants to run foreign and military policy for Lebanon. He wants to run some social services too. Just some.
Skimming Lebanese government revenues, Iranian paychecks, and drug money from South America, bootleg American cigarettes, and trafficking in stolen cars in Africa. And still not enough money to meet payroll, ops, and legit govt. services.
