President Trump Considering A Full Pardon Of Michael Flynn Citing FBI Missing Files

Washington Examiner: Trump considering 'full pardon' for Michael Flynn after FBI 'lost' records

President Trump said he is seriously considering a pardon for former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn.

“So now it is reported that, after destroying his life & the life of his wonderful family (and many others also), the FBI, working in conjunction with the Justice Department, has 'lost' the records of General Michael Flynn. How convenient. I am strongly considering a Full Pardon!” Trump tweeted on Sunday.

WNU Editor: I have been wanting to make a post on this story since Sunday. When I first heard that the jury foreperson was openly and publicly biased against General Flynn before the trial, followed by the Judge  saying that this would not have impacted the case anyway, I then took notice. And now the FBI is admitting that they have LOST their records of General Michael Flynn, the same records that were used to indict him and used to get a plea deal from him?!?!?!? This whole thing stinks. I for one would not be surprised if a full pardon is granted. As for the FBI officials responsible for safe-guarding these files. Who are they and are they being punished? In my book people like this should be demoted or fired.

DOJ is for political hacks to administer injustice. It's no longer credible. Obama did it. They entertained BLM for gods sake, the group that agitated for the death of cops and inspired others to kill a few cops.

Fire the guys, their boss and boss's boss's right up the ladder to and including the top.

Imagine in this day a force like the FBI not having back up files, hard copy or electronic for something this important. If they indited him there must be copies somewhere.

Perhaps the FBI itself is no longer functional but it does smell fishy. Are they being punished or are they enjoying their stay a some nice Trump hotel?

I spent 30 years in the Metropolitan Police in London. This case is well dodgy. A hostile jury foreman would automatically result in a retrial in England. Court papers do occasionally get lost but it doesn't matter as there are copies of every document in the file. A copy of the file can be furnished, you better believe it. Flynn deserves a pardon. His conviction appears to be very unsafe for a number of reasons

The Deep STATE is in a race to be more corrupt than the MOSCOW OLIGARCHS.

My money is on the Deep state winning the race. Moscow might have a head start, but they do not appear to use people as badly.

I think it is a bad is a to pardon General Flynn. Let this play out another 2 months.

If Flynn is pardoned. is is sort of like admitting guilt and you can't sue.

How are we going to get that mother, Comey, behind bars where he belongs, if Flynn is pardoned?
