It could kill up to 10-15% of the elderly in countries (and cities) without enough care. The death rate in Milan,Italy is about 6%. This includes 40 year olds. Death rate in older population is likely 10% and that's within a country that has more money than Russia. Imagine what happens in a country like Venezuela. And no international help will come in time. And if you're poor you can't really distance yourself socially. All my best wishes of luck to Venezuela, and all other countries affected. Avoid people. Don't rely on cheap face masks..this virus will go right through as it is nanometer size. Also hand sanitizers are overrated for this virus.. best method to not get it is social distancing. .even if you only can stay a few meters apart that's better than getting close and wearing a mask
