Rumors surrounding Kim Jong Un's health intensified today as Asian media outlets claimed that he had died or is currently 'gravely ill'.
The vice director of Hong Kong Satellite Television (HKSTV) Shijian Xingzou says that a 'very solid source' has told her the North Korean despot, 36, is already dead.
She has 15 million followers on Chinese social media Weibo, and is also the niece of one of the country's foreign ministers.
Separately, a Japanese media outlet claims that Kim has gone into a 'vegetative state' after he underwent heart surgery earlier in the month.

My "gut" says he's okay as well. While I generally wouldn't trust anything the incompetent boobs/political hacks of US (un)intelligence puts out, South Korean intel is quite good as is Japanese intel but I'm pretty sure they enjoy jerking the proverbial chains of their stupid American counterparts. In contrast, South Korean intel MUST be accurate or they don't survive and they don't have time for games when it comes to North Korea.
They say he's okay. I'd tend to go with what they say. If they change course, I will reevaluate what my "gut" is telling me.
Is he hiding out because of COVID-19? As an overweight person who likely has underlying health conditions, he fits the profile for most likely victim from this. On the othet hand, he'd have access to the world's best medical care. Thus would tend to mitigate much of the risks. As such, if he is "hiding out" he's likely sending a message to his political enemies. Some of them are about to marked down, tested, a "positive" result will come back, and into quarantine they go never to return. A victim of the virus is how their deaths will be recorded. This thing is extremely convient for tyrants the world over.
