The head of the World Health Organization warned President Donald Trump on Wednesday to stop politicizing the coronavirus crisis 'if you don't want many more body bags.'
'At the end of the day, the people belong to all political parties. The focus of all political parties should be to save their people, please do not politicize this virus,' WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesu said in a virtual press briefing.
'If you want to be exploited and if you want to have many more body bags, then you do it. If you don't want many more body bags, then you refrain from politicizing it.'
He made an appeal for global unit and said all leaders of all political parties should focus on saving their people.

WNU Editor: It is obvious to me that WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesu is completely clueless on how much anger there is in the world that is directed at him personally and the organization that he is responsible for on how they have completely mishandled this disaster. As I have mentioned more than once in this blog, it is incredible to me that WHO only called this outbreak a pandemic on March 11 when it was clear to everyone that this was a pandemic in February. He and his organization must be held accountable for the decisions and actions that they did, as well as their complete acquiescent on everything that China was claiming in January and February. For the moment Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesu has his supporters in China and in Africa .... African leaders rally around WHO head after Trump criticism (Reuters). But this pandemic is now in Africa and it is also exploding along an exponential curve. Let us see if these African leaders are supportive of Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesu six weeks from now.

It was a pandemic in November. The Chinese gov just didn't tell anyone and hid it.
In 2017, the Chinese had a similar release incident that sickened eight people and killed one. It started when two workers at a Chinese CDC lab independently isolated and experimented in vitro/vivo a SARS virus. In one of these sessions the scientists took a previously unknown variant of the SARS virus and moved it out from a BSL-4 high-containment facility into a low-safety diarrhea research lab where the two were working. Apparently, the virus inactivation process didn’t work properly and both were infected at the lab and then proceeded to infect other people outside of the lab.
