U.K. Prine Minister Talks Of His Stay In Intensive Care After He Contracted Coronavirus

The Guardian: Boris Johnson: it was 50-50 whether to put me on ventilator

Prime minister tells of his stay in intensive care after he contracted coronavirus.

Boris Johnson has spoken of his dramatic stay in intensive care as doctors faced a “50-50” decision on whether to put him on a ventilator and plans were drawn up on how to announce his death.

In an interview with the Sun on Sunday, the prime minister said he needed “litres and litres” of oxygen but he got through his ordeal with “terrible buoyancy” that left him convinced he could make it.

He also admitted he had worked throughout the early stage of his illness and not taken the disease seriously enough, having to be “forced” to go to hospital on the advice of doctors. Johnson came out of a three-night stay in intensive care at St Thomas’ hospital in Westminster on 9 April.

In a separate interview with Monday’s Sun, Johnson also revealed how he clapped for carers from his hospital ward.

Old roly poly fat boy. Shocker that he had a rough ride?

Extra/ excess weight is extra demand on the endocrine, pulmonary and other systems. Not a brilliant deduction but one people often overlook due to PC culture.

He's still letting people into GB from hotspots around the world & still not testing them at airports or quarentining them for 2 weeks. Also the mini Dunkirks are still occurring with illegals crossing the channel daily in their 100s. Also sending senior citizens from hospitals back to their care homes so that more senior citizens can be infected & die. HMG are doing a great job of spreading the virus. Was Johnson really ill or did he take a leaf out of Kim Jong Ils book & hid perfectly safe for propaganda reasons?

Conservatives 1st noticed him as mayor and liked Boris. They like him for Brexit.

Of late they have been warned that he is not very good. He is socially liberal on everything. If he is socially liberal on immigration, he is another Mutti. Being male and the name already taken we really can't call him Mutti, but we can call him baby daddy Boris.

"Also sending senior citizens from hospitals back to their care homes so that more senior citizens can be infected & die."

That is criminal.
