She doesn't seem to understand the situation so many looters and others in the area create for law enforcement. Why...there's not a guilty person in the entire crowd. Why does this woman think she is any more believable than any other person out there proclaiming the same thing? Are they blind to what's going on around them?
Frankly I wouldn't stay in the area much less go there in the first place. Especially so if I had a catheter as was claimed in part of the video.
A tedious person with a story to match.
