MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Nine members of the Minneapolis City Council announced their support for de-funding the Minneapolis Police Department and replacing it with a community-based public safety model at a rally in Powderhorn Park Sunday afternoon.
At the end of the rally, the councilmembers and some community activisits committed to ending the Minneapolis Police Department through the budget process. The group also announced its intention to engage every willing community member to ask what safety means to them and ceate a “new transformative model for cultivating safety.”

Antifa is not a factor in Minneapolis' municipal politics.
With the exception of one councilman who is Green, the other councillors are members of the DFL, and that party is affiliated with the National Democrat Party.

WNU, ANTFA has a presence with grass roots Dems, especially the young. It’s ideology is popular as well. BLM has a bigger voice in MPLS city council and it explicitly stands for defunding the police. It’s been in their manifesto for years. Along with ending capitalism and paying trillions in reparations. BLM is the factor at work in MPLS and nationwide. It’s also richly funded by many wealthy entities.
I wonder how the gun sales are going there.I missed another golden opportunity like when I failed to buy toilet paper futures.

Jeremiah Ellison is a MPLS city councilmen. His dad is MN AG Keith Ellison who has allied himself to ANTIFA. Jeremiah just pledged allegiance to ANTIFA.
The military and federal government may pull out of Minneapolis and take their payroll and spending with them.
The Army and Navy are located on the North side of the airport. That is afar enough away perhaps. from city Center and having one side protected by the air port, they can manage security. But they will instruct soldiers and sailors not to dine north of the crosstown highway. People could lose a month's worth of pay if they disobey.
Minneapolis will also miss convention business. That will hurt way more than the military business. I suggest/ I demand that the fucking asses at the Democrat Party hold their convention there to show their support of this asinine maneuver.
I've been to Minneapolis on holiday a long ways back (Clinton Era). We were impressed about how clean the city was (Kind of like Canada). Spouse wanted to visit the Mall of America. You know the mall, where fine young upstanding African-American Men toss young white boys in 1st grade off the balcony. That was a year ago. Think about what it will be like a year from now. Demographics have changed and I bet the city is dirtier, grittier and meaner. Who want to go there now?
I would bet that Hezbollah and Al Shabab set up cells there if they haven't already and/or grow them.
Biden owns this. The geezer thinks he is cute taking cheap shots at Trump. supposing the Biden wins he is going to have a helluva time with Minneapolis. It will make him a 1 term president if the Democrats manage to stuff enough ballot boxes. Biden resigning in favor of a female or block female VP will not help the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party is either out the door or soon to be proudly goose stepping.
When the hellions of the council get into trouble they will reach out to the Sheriff. I hope the country tells them to pound sand. If council gives badges to BLM, expect 10 times the police brutality. A fair amount will be directed toward whites (especially), Hispanics and Asians. Watch for insurance to sky rocket and for white flight.
The asshole council will manage to turn Minneapolis into Detroit inside of 20 years.

This sounds straight up like a headline from the Babylon Bee. In fact, I at first thought it was. It won't be long now until the wealthier liberal elites in Minneapolis will finally get tired of sh|tting where they eat and head for more cleaner (conservative) pastures like Idaho and Wyoming, whereupon, unfortunately, they will immediately commence with sh|tting where they eat all over again. Liberalism is a terminal cancer of the soul.
