Many citizens appalled by Donald Trump’s handling of coronavirus crisis, study finds.
The coronavirus crisis has caused a dramatic deterioration in the European public perception of the US, extensive new polling reveals.
More than 60% of respondents in Germany, France, Spain, Denmark and Portugal said they had lost trust in the United States as a global leader.
A report based on the survey’s findings argues that the shock of the pandemic has “traumatised” European citizens, leaving them feeling “alone and vulnerable”.

Italy has a socialist government and enough socialist media to parrot the party line. The Chinese are the ones, who originally beset the Italians with the problem. People who could not travel fro Wuhan to other destinations in China die to China's lockdown were free to travel to Italy. Government propaganda has an effect.
Allies that don’t have trust aren’t allies much longer. Germany is becoming bold in saying its alliance with the USA isn’t working for either party no matter who is leading.
So weird. I'd like to see a poll on trust regarding China. It should be negative but our media wants to see the USA fail. The Chinese are so bad yet Merkel who sold Germany out to Russia loves the Chinese.
Our leaders are failing us while the Chinese mafia poisons us. Steals from us. Now faked massive amounts of gold. Yet our leaders pall up to China. No more!!!!
Any leader that makes friend with China should answer to their choices in front of a court!!
