The partly-redacted handwritten notes by disgraced ex-FBI Agent Peter Strzok point to the possibility it was the then-vice president who suggested Flynn could have violated the Logan Act during phone calls with then-Russian ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak.

Shudder for the rule of law in our nation. Be alarmed that a politicized Justice Department will be allowed to do whatever it wants in service to a sitting president. Be amazed that judges can spout errant nonsense to reach a result that just happens to square with the interests of a president who shares their partisan leanings.
Yes, the decision by two Court of Appeals judges to block efforts to scrutinize the Justice Department’s decision to drop its prosecution of Michael Flynn, President Trump’s former national security adviser, is that disturbing. Here’s hoping the entire U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit insists on reviewing this scandalous decision and overturns it.

It is hard for me to believe that "easy grader" could be that a stupid. Much of the time I think someone is impersonating a a housebound elderly person.
Easy grading make me believe that the person is a go-along, get-along type of guy, who is just smart enough to realize that Democrats hold more power and so is taking the the gutless choice, the path of least resistance.
A suspected shoplifters to be mirandized. Flynn was never told that it was an official interview, After the interview the FBI agents came away with the opinion that Flynn was truthful. But the partisan hack Strzok kept the investigation open and had another go at it.
