The Hill: Appeals court orders judge to dismiss Flynn charges
A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a judge to grant the Department of Justice's (DOJ) unusual move to drop charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals approved Flynn's petition to intervene in the case after a district court judge had tapped an outside counsel to argue against the DOJ's move.
The panel ruled 2-1, with two Republican-appointed judges carrying the majority, that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan overstepped his authority in second-guessing the prosecutors' decision.

I would think as this cabal of crookedness called the obamma administration is peeled back like a rotting onion, layer by layer, that the anxiety level is rising.

If I were Flynn, I'd right now be preparing several financially crushing lawsuits against several ex-government officials.

The judge can refuse to sign and get it kicked back to the full appeals court(11 judges), so they can drag this out for another 2 or 3 weeks or even reverse this.
This is what will happen. Then it will be appealed to SCOTUS and Roberts will side with the liberals, because they have his nutbag in a lock box.
After all Flynn deserves this. He is a commie. He sat right next to Putin during a dinner several years ago.
The Green Party candidate sat next to Putin at that same dinner and she also was rightly called a commie pig by Democrat Leaders.
To think Joe Biden is 12 points ahead. By January 21st Democrats will see to it that Moscow is a smoldering ash heap. After all it was Hillary's turn and it is always the Democrats turn and Putin's agent, Trump denied them their turn.
