She hit her face on the pavement I was hoping the horse kicked her in the face. She would have at least 2 years of fun or longer.
Charge the cop? She was trying to harm the cop by startling the horse. The cop didn't know she was there. Therefore no intent on the cop's part.
I like how the officer starts the extinguisher right at the guys face then works down to the burning flag...definitely by accident:-)
No matter how cynical people may get, the universe remains a lawful place. That girl found out the hard way.

The calls to fire the police officer are on the comment thread of that tweet. There are 1200 comments. Many are not happy with that police officer.
