A former Army Green Beret who described himself as a 'son of Russia' was charged Friday with divulging military secrets about his unit's activities to Russian intelligence for more than a decade.
Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins, 45, told agents of the GRU, Russia's primary military intelligence agency, that America needed to be 'cut down to size' and he was there to 'serve' them, according to an indictment made public after his arrest in Virginia.
The indictment also states that Debbins was motivated in part because of bitterness over his Army career and a desire to establish business contacts in Russia.
Prosecutors claim that between 1996 and 2011, Debbins betrayed the U.S. by disclosing information about the number of men, equipment, and location of his units in a series of meetings with GRU agents.
Debbins held Secret and later Top Secret security clearances during the time of his criminal conduct, according to the indictment.

Liberals always say America is not special or that it has to be cut down to size. Leads me to believe that this nut job was a liberal.

How does he not know this. Well he did go to University of Minnesota? We have seen how utterly fucked up the city council and many residents of Minneapolis are. Minnesota is home of the Farm Labor party. So I guess it is not hard to see why Debbins never had a chance. Liberal teachers fucked him up but good!

The CIA is not about foreign espionage. It is about internal security. They are America's Oprichnik. That is what Obama and his bootlicker Brennan made them.

Some generals a few decades ago wanted to change the retirement system from a pension to a 401 K. I was against the ideal, but I think it is one of those times I lost (reasoning -wise/logically) and didn't know it until years later.
If a person has 15 years and then does not make the grade they get booted and they have no 401 K and no pension.
The reasoning that the generals was to looking at the budget and wanting to know where they were at. Personnel eats up a lot of cost. Also the generals wanted to know where they are at. It is an accounting, cash flow and budgeting thing. It is hard to predict future outflows in future years. That is why around 2000 companies began forcing employees to take vacation they or lose it. That happened across the board and in government too.
If you pay a pension then generals have to pay attention to actuaries as well as accountant.
The military should phase in 401Ks instead of making it an all or nothing deal.
That said the guy is a fool. You can get a lot of good jobs with a TS. Sure he could have griped about only making 15 and then laughed all the way to the bank after he joined private contractor.
Instead he joined the Russkis.
A little more than $$$ here. they got this guy when he was a kid. They got him on a test run against nuns to blackmail him and get him on the 21st or 32nd step down a dark road.
What did his parents talk to him at home about RC, Eastern orthodox, atheists or whatever? Not the right think I am guessing.
