Rasmussen's Daily Presidential Tracking Poll Says 50% of Likely U.S. Voters Approve Of President Trump’s Job Performance

WNU Editor: President Trump is doing 3% better than President Obama did during the same time in his 2012 re-election bid .... Daily Presidential Tracking Poll (Rasmussen Reports). Rasmussen Reports is the only nationally recognized public opinion firm that still tracks President Trump's job approval ratings on a daily basis. They have a history of being accurate, and I like the methodology that they use in their tracking of likely voters (i.e. they do not ridiculously under-represent Republican voters in their tallies like other polls have been doing thus year). As to what do these numbers mean? They are quite astounding in view of the overwhelming negative media coverage of President Trump for the past three and half years. It tells me that a good part of the electorate is not blaming President Trump for the pandemic and for the economic crisis that the US now finds itself in, and they support the President's efforts to solve it.

I follow Rasmussen Reports. While certainly no one is perfect and they could well be wrong this time, they do have a good track record and are generally the best pollsters in the business.

Essentially the Trump policies of tax cuts and regulatory reforms allowed us to achieve the greatest economy we've ever had. It was the government reaction to the pandemic led and directed by the likes of Fauci and Birx that took this away. A number of us are recognizing this.

Essentially from February until about mid May Fauci was allowed to direct our COVID-19 response without any supervision from Trump the duly elected president. How did this happen? Why does Fauci still have a job? These are questions that will need to be answered someday.

Fauci is billed as "the nation's foremost infectious disease expert" but he doesn't see or treat patients. Fauci is a fraud who probably belongs in jail for the rest of his life.
