WNU Editor: The Kremlin is going to wait until after the election. They already believe that Biden will win the Presidency, and Biden has already committed himself to the Russian proposal to freeze everything for five years. So why make a deal with President Trump?

For a foreign country negotiating with America, waiting until after the election to move forward probably makes the most sense.

Also, by the numbers it appears more likely than not that Biden will win. With that said I do NOT trust the polls. If a foreign leader were to bet on Trump and he loses, they and their country would likeky face blowback from a Biden Administration. Not that a majorworld power like Russia fears such things but it could be an unwanted complication. Should Trunp win simply reverse course and negotiate with team Trump. Essentially I get the Russian position on this.
