As far as raw numbers in close quarters it reminds me of the George Floyd protests except the raw numbers involved in the George Floyd protests seemed much larger. Additionally Trump supporters are demonized whereas George Floyd protesters were/are praised.
In such close quarters a?mask is unlikely to help much. Fortunately very few people have serious problems with this.
Masks don't work. The CDC just published a study on 9/11/20 in the weekly MMR publication.
