Looters ransacked stores in Philadelphia for a second night on Tuesday as Black Lives Matter protesters took to the streets of the city, as well as Washington DC and New York, following the deaths of two black men.
Walter Wallace, 27, was killed Monday when Philadelphia police officers fired after he approached them with a knife.
His family had called for an ambulance to get him help with a mental health crisis, not for police intervention, their lawyer said Tuesday.
And Karon Hylton, 20, died Monday after crashing into a car while being chased on a Revel scooter by police in DC.

Governor Tom Wolf (D) is a fine, upstanding, and honest man. I know, because there is D behind his name. That is as golden in a legal court or the court of public opinion as a blue check mark is in the twit verse.

30 businesses this night, 20 the next, 40 the night afterwards, after awhile we are talking large numbers of businesses closed for good or set back months or a year.
Figure 10 people work at a business. If you have 30 businesses looted on Monday and 30 0n Tuesday, you are talking about 600 people negatively affected. If you include the near family, you have about 2,400.
But this is nothing say Butthole Governor Wolf.
Point of mentioning The Merchants Fund or the Chamber of commerce is that we could get cumulative #s for a week of protests, rioting, and murder. We could get that,b ut will we or will it be buried in some report form a think tank 3 years from now.
What if we got it at the end of the week before election day?

So 30 business set back or permanently closed is nothing. At what number does it cross the threshold from nothing to something?
Next year when Democrats win election and can convene committees to pass out the money to loyal voting blocs and their cronies?

Addendum: If I get in a car wreck, no one is hurt, and the insurance pays for the car, I am made whole. So why am I still upset? Could it be that insurance pays out 100%, my costs still go up and I am still out of pocket in the future?
What about the businesses? Might their insurance rates go up? Don't they go up? Are they not then out of money in the future?
Did not Democrats and rioters think of that?

Obama and his people revived the race riot by backing BLM. The Left funded the rise of the racist movement and deployed it in election years. Track the large riots and you'll find that they align with election years, 2014, 2016, and now.
That's not a coincidence.
The riots are meant to up political engagement for its base and terrorize its victims. Give us what we want or we'll come for you.
