WNU Editor: A close friend of mine has a summer cottage in the Adirondacks in upper New York state. He has not been there all year. I know a number of Canadian "snowbirds" who travel to Florida each winter and stay at their condos. Not going to happen this year. And then there is me. I am one of those who enjoys making short trips to the States 2 or 3 times a year. Did not happen this year, and there is a very good chance that travel is going to be limited next year..

Canada needs an office of the presidency like the President of Austria or the President of Germany. A person who does meet and greets. A person that is a goodwill ambassador and shows the colors. It is a perfect job for a total preener, where they would do the minimum of damage to their country.

Justin should never have been PM. You should not elect a child to do an adult's job.
