CBS News White House correspondent Ben Tracy declared Monday that he felt more at ease performing his job in totalitarian North Korea than in President Trump’s White House after multiple people, including the president himself, tested positive for COVID-19.
“I felt safer reporting in North Korea than I currently do reporting at The White House. This is just crazy,” Mr. Tracy, who reports for “CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell” and “CBS This Morning,” tweeted to his 12,000 followers.

I felt safer in Beijing than NYC, LA, Houston, Seattle, Saint Louis, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit...
I am safer from murder, rape, mugging, assault there than in then US.
I also know if I were politically active, then the exact opposite would be true. Although that might change with a Biden presidency. The US might get the worst of both worlds.
Ben Tracy is quite safe in North Korea depending on the balance of power, how North Korean leaders feel that day, the worth of an America Passport. Ben Tracy is quite safe from petty or felony crime. If he gives a news report that angers North Korea, he might end up like Otto Warmbier. But I trust Ben reports o Korea like some auditors inspect companies they are suppose to keep tabs on. They do not find anything very bad on purpose.
Ben Tracy is also a schmuck. But he will be a richly rewarded schmuck and the politicking and college will pay off better for him than his parents.
