As Anon (12:31) points out correctly. Tge cases are being tossed out improperly without a proper hearing. Tge recent SCOTUS actions regarding the TX case are especially egregious. The Constitution clearly states that State Legislatures make election law, not governors or courts. It seems that these 4 states clearly violated the Constitution.
The fact that so many people signed on to the TX case suggests that the case has/had merit. At a minimum, SCOTUS should have taken up the case and heard the legal arguments. At least we would have had some degree of closure regarding the outcome. In this case, there is no closure. "Lack of standing" is completely ridiculous. How states conduct national elections has a profound effect on other states.
I think a fix was probably on from the start with the outcome predetermined. As I understand it, Ted Cruz was set to argue the TX case. For what it's worth, the courts have generally gotten it wrong. The cases especially before SCOTUS haven't gotten the proper hearing they should have. Perhaps they were/are intimidated. Who knows what one might do if their child was doxxed or if they had things in their past that Chief Justice Ribetys has.
There will be a new POTUS on 1/20/21. This has been clear for some time now. He's also illegitimate as is clear to all important leaders. It's going to make it very tough to do his job this way. I'm sorry you have no problem with stolen elections.
