Russia's Leading Hypersonic Missile Expert Arrested For Treason

One of Russia's leading hypersonic missile expert Anatoly Gubanov, 63, (pictured) has been detained on suspicion of high treason 


 * Associate Professor Anatoly Gubanov, 63, detained on suspicion of high treason 
 * Was being held by Russia's counterintelligence service and faces 12 to 20 years 
 * Expert made several 'classified' scientific developments in hypersonic missiles 
 * He is feared to have passed on the top secret aviation information to the West One of Vladimir Putin's leading experts on top secret hypersonic missiles has been detained on suspicion of high treason.  
Associate Professor Anatoly Gubanov, 63, is feared to have passed highly classified aviation design data to the West. The eminent physicist was held by Russia's FSB counterintelligence service in Moscow and faces between 12 and 20 years in prison if convicted.

It doesn't make sense now. Why pass the information from one corrupt government to another corrupt government unless you think your government want to use a 1st strike weapon?

In Russia, if you want to make more money, you can either ask for a raise (and get killed for it) or you sell your secret stuff on the market.

I expect him to "commit suicide" soon.

Why would you kill someone, who asks for a raise? You could simply fire them or say "No.".


Under communism they taught that people with different skills get paid different amounts. The state no the marketplace would decide, which skill gets paid what amount. Point is that different levels of pay are expected under any system.

Communes in the US that are "100%" communist pay varying wages. One commune in Virginia could not get anyone to clean the toilets unless they paid more.
