The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is on a hiring spree for lobbyists as President-elect Joe Biden, who has signaled that he will take a tougher stance with the nation, prepares to take office.
With the potential for a more turbulent relationship with the U.S., Saudi Arabia has been hiring some lobbyists with ties to Republican congressional leaders.
These lobbyists will potentially have more success engaging with GOP lawmakers in the new Congress instead of Democrats or Biden’s administration.
Republicans made gains in the House of Representatives during the 2020 election and could have a slight edge in the Senate if they win one of the seats up for grabs in two Georgia runoffs set for early next month.

Update: Saudi Arabia Hires Army Of New Lobbyists In Preparation For Biden (Zero Hedge)
WNU Editor: Saudi Arabia knows that they will have no influence in a Biden administration. From what I am reading and seeing. The Biden administration is going to be focused on Iran and trying to get a nuclear deal. And as for Saudi concerns .... they will be ignored.

The ruler of UAE, Al Maktoum, spent a lot of time grooming the crown prince for government.
They come for different countries obviously and Saudi Arabia is arguably UAE's most important neighbor. So Al Maktoum was helping himself while helping the young prince. Again obvious. There is nothing wrong with that. It benefits both.
Perhaps the geniuses in the Biden encampment might tear themselves away from songs of the prowess sung by troubadours and consider that Saudi Arabia has as many or more allies allies than Iran.
Iran has Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Hamas and the Houthis.
Saudi Arabia has Sunni Iraq, Sunni Yemen, Sunni Syria, Sunni Lebanon, UAE, Pakistan and others.
Before Biden's retainers encourage Iran to throw its weight around maybe they should give pause and think. What might break is Iran, Saudi Arabia or both. Saudi Arabia also has a nuke program. They have nuclear capable missiles from China. They have bought nuke(s) from Pakistan.
Maybe Biden and his master Darth Obama should consider not upsetting Saudi Arabia. Obama should know better. They paid for his college.
Biden should leave well enough alone and keep things simple. Her has no midnight oil to burn. He has no little enough oil to burn during the 1st 1/2 of the day without running out and uttering word salad. His reserves are like those of a German mechanized army in 1945.

Truth!
You're almost there and you have talent.
Enjoy the next four in years, I will.
The only worry now is that if Biden does not satisfy any of the security issue of Saudi Arabia by hi first year, i do believe that the Saudis will go nuclear.
Saudi Arabia, With China’s Help, Expands Its Nuclear Program
Kingdom harbors hopes for a civilian nuclear power program, but U.S. critics worry about its ambitions for nuclear weapons

If or because the US won't address their concerns, they will go nuclear.
Good job Democrat!
SAUDI Arabia has threatened to arm itself with nuclear weapons unless Joe Biden succeeds in stopping Iran developing them.

Meanwhile Democrat push the lie that Mullahs are mean only because the Americans were mean first. Some Democrat voters actually drink the swill.
