I don't think you have been skiing. If you had, you would not write Kamala or Bloomberg level stupid things. If there is no snow at upper elevations, there is less of a chance of lower elevations. Also, there are a number of ski areas at lower elevations and the Midwest. You get the whole upper and lower elevations argument, right? It may be too 'sciency' for a person form Simpletown such as you.
There are more Midwest ski areas than you have fingers and toes. We all know what you think of the Midwest ands it would come as no surprise, if you were surprised there were dozens of ski resorts in the Midwest.
