The International Criminal Court has launched an investigation into alleged war crimes in the Palestinian territories, including the period covered by the 2014 Gaza war, potentially placing hundreds of Israelis – including soldiers and senior political figures – at risk of prosecution.
The long-awaited probe, which has been fiercely resisted by Israel, comes after years of deliberations over whether the ICC has jurisdiction to investigate and is expected to investigate alleged crimes committed by both Israelis and Palestinians.

Everything Hamas does is a war crime, but the ICC has to investigate Israel.
Maybe we would be better off with jihadis taking over Rome. We would no longer have the Vatican or the ICC.
Many ways for jihad. There can be a homesteading jihad. They can come as refugees, Francis can wash their feet and kiss their tootsies, they can collect welfare & have 4 babies apiece and then vote out the ICC, the socialists and the Vatican.
During the Risorgimento all Italians were not fine with the Vatican existing on Italian soil. Change the demographics and have another vote.
