President Biden To Formally Recognize The Armenian Genocide

CNN: Biden preparing to declare massacre of Armenians a 'genocide,' risking break with Turkey

(CNN)President Joe Biden is preparing to declare the massacre of an estimated million or more Armenians under the Ottoman Empire a "genocide" this week, risking a potential fracture with Turkey but fulfilling a campaign pledge to finally use the word as President to describe the mass killings after a series of his predecessors stopped short.

Two people familiar with the decision said the President was expected to make the declaration as part of an official statement on Remembrance Day, which falls on Saturday.

Both said it was possible he would change his mind before then, and issue a statement merely recognizing the event without describing it as genocide.

Remember Anthony Bourdain’s advice

In typical Bourdain fashion, when asked by author and entrepreneur Richard Reed for one piece of advice to share with the world for his book, “If I Could Tell You Just One Thing,” Bourdain listed 8 things.

In addition to being kind to waitstaff and a few other points, Bourdain ended his list by giving a piece of advice that can seriously help boost your likability factor — “Don’t be a dick!”

If I’ve learned anything in life, it’s that dicks come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. But from living all over the world, there are a few commonalities that link them together.

For starters, looking down on people is a typical dick move. Regardless of color, race, culture, or background, all people want to be acknowledged and treated with respect.

Speaking poorly of others is also a giant dick quality. But here’s an interesting bit of science that may get you to think before you speak. According to the phenomenon — spontaneous trait inference — how you describe other people is how other people see you. So if you speak poorly of others, people will think poorly of you.

Gossiping, lying, being a one-upper or an over-interruptor, and being negative all the time round out a lot of the traits that turn most people off from what I’ve gathered.

So if you want to boost your likability, take note of these behaviors and try to limit them. Of course, not doing them doesn’t automatically make you likable, but it sure helps.

A) Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven is Kamala's Song

" And she's buying the stairway to Heaven"

Willie Brown admits it: Kamala Harris slept her way to the top

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/08/willie_brown_admits_it_kamala_harris_slept_her_way_to_the_top.html#ixzz6slXSJtf7

So yes HUSSY! She did not get one vote in the Democrat primaries.

"Harris officially withdrew her candidacy on December 3, 2019."

B) Joe is demented. There is something wrong with you, when you would rather be likable than truthful when things are so serious.

C) Obama is the shikken. Shikken is not a swear word or a putdown. It is a statement of fact and an allusion.

D) Joe is a zero. He is President Puppet. He is literally trotted out and made to read a script. The script is dumbed down like a McDonald's cash register with pictures. And yes the people around him are idiots. Lain might be a grifting, schmoozing, likable, rich idiot but he is still and idiot. So is Obama. We saw Michelle's thesis although they tried to block it. We know why they blocked it. We have not seen Obama's college thesis, because it would remove all doubt. We would know he is an idiot.

If Obama was so bright, why have they not released his college thesis?

E) You propose fighting the ship with trannies? If they were capable of fighting hard, they would not have transitioned. I should have stuck with the economic and technical aspects of ship building. However, after reading about the USS Fitzgerald and other crap in the last 3 months that was not going to happen. Add to it "much survive an actual battle. Damage control is a lost art." which does not mean a thang to you but it does to people that know sticking to economics and tech is not going to happen.

Biden is zero.

LAUGH IT OFF Biden mistakenly says ‘saloon’ when talking about hair salons – before correcting himself in latest gaffe

A Texas talk show host had a good take on Joe's Japanese Boy utterance. Joe did not intend to utter the words Japanese Boy. So there is that. What happened is that he came across Hideki Matsuyama's name in the text, realized that he could not pronounce it and defaulted to Japanese Boy. He could have said young Japanese man, but Joe reverted to default Joe.

The press would have given Trump hell, but gave Biden a pass.

The name is actually very easy to pronounce. Sone Japanese words are tricky, but those two are not among them.

You could argue that The Press gave Biden a pass, because he has been a nice guy. How do you give a pass to a senator that tells his audiences that a drunk driver killed his wife, when the police said there was no drugs or alcohol involved? That is a nice guy?

Pure Racist Biden

I) Biden calls Masters champ Hideki Matsuyama ‘Japanese boy’ in odd compliment

II) FLASHBACK: Biden: “Cannot Go To A 7-Eleven Or Dunkin' Donuts Unless You Have A Slight Indian Accent”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwqkpwV8j_A

III)

"my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point.” - Biden 1977

IV)

Biden praised the notorious segregationist politician George Wallace, boasted about how Wallace once honored him with an award in 1973, and told a Southern audience in 1987 that “we [Delawareans] were on the South’s side in the Civil War.”

V)
' In 2008, Biden referred to then presidential candidate Barack Obama as “the first sort of mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.” '

Jesse Jackson ran for president before Obama? He was not bright? He did not shower?

No, I got it.

"The gesture known as a "golf clap" fits in with a number of other rude or sarcastic expressions, such as the slow clap, Bronx cheer, raspberry or cat call. It is performed by lightly tapping the fingertips of one hand against the palm of the other hand, thereby creating the effect of spectators clapping silently during a golf game."

I've known it form context for a long time. But I often look stuff up to get its derivation and exact meaning.

You golf clap comment is just an ad hominem attack, because you got nothing. You can't refute one point. Devil is in the details and you punted. I accept your defeat.

Salt of the earth - Idioms by The Free Dictionary

https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/salt+of+the+earth

salt of the earth, the An individual or group of people considered to be the best or noblest of the kind. Salt has long been considered a valuable commodity, and this metaphor dates from biblical times. According to the Gospel of Matthew (5:13), Jesus told those who were persecuted for their loyalty to him, "Ye are the salt of the earth."

My usage is to mean that Jay is dependable. He is a freaking Leftist, but he is dependable. He is also an asset to any combat unit, he would be part of. Further he has a good blue collar trade/business.

(Really his handlers) would chose this unstable period to pursue such an endeavour (Brit. variant)."

That I agree with.

When would have been a good times since WW2?

Hitler noted the Armenian Genocide. His take way from the historical event was that nobody cared. He reasoned no one would care if there was a Jewish genocide. So we had the Holocaust.

Maybe it should have been done during the Bush or Obama years. Especially after 2003, when Erdogan stiffed us in the Iraq War.
